Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers are injectable, gel-like substances, such as hyaluronic acid or calcium hydroxylapatite, used to plump the skin, smooth wrinkles, and restore lost facial volume. These non-surgical, FDA-regulated treatments offer immediate results that can last from 6 months to over 2 years, depending on the material and the treated area. Common areas for fillers include the lips, cheeks, nose and under the eyes. Common uses include smoothing wrinkles around the mouth and nose (nasolabial folds), restoring volume to sunken cheeks or temples, contouring and enhancing lips, jawline, chin, and hands.
